A selection of my affordable abstract landscape canvas paintings.
Here are a selection of my affordable abstract landscape canvas paintings.
These paintings are various sizes but no bigger than 26 x 26 cms and painted on different surfaces with a variation of brushstrokes, tone and colour creating movement, light and atmosphere.
Click on the ‘view portfolio’ button below to see the variation of different paintings at different sizes on paper, canvas or wood, all with their own unique nuances of texture.
Obviously there is nothing like painting a large canvas but occasionally I get something like ‘artist’s block’ and need time to reflect by painting a smaller quick and spontaneous painting which gets me out of the ‘block’..
However, that is not the only reason I like painting smaller works. Sometimes they give me ideas for larger paintings and they stand alone and would look perfect framed up in that small interior space.
I like showing my paintings in interior settings. It really helps to show how it might look in your space in the home or office. It also ensures I feel that they are finished and I can stop working on them, which is often a big problem to all artists……………..’when to stop as it’s finished’!!
Below are just a few examples of some of my more affordable paintings so please take a look and find your perfect painting.
‘Sunset Wisp’ - acrylic on canvas - 22 x 21.5 cms
‘Morning Dawn’ - acrylic on canvas - 22.5 x 21 cms
‘Ochre Sunset’ acrylic on paper - 21 x 21.5 cms
‘Autumn Sunset’ - acrylic on canvas - 21.5 x 22.5 cms
‘Autumn Curves’ - acrylic on paper - 22.5 x 21.5 cms
‘Melancholy Sunset’ - acrylic on canvas - 22.5 x 21.5 cms
The acrylic paintings on paper or canvas that measure less than 25 x 25cms are priced at £200 or below and supplied mounted but unframed (P&P extra).
Maybe they remind you of somewhere you have been or maybe you just like the image or colours.
Whatever the size these paintings would match any interior space and would be a great addition to your existing art collection or a good way to start one. Either way I would love to hear from you.
