As an artist I enjoy exploring painting at different sizes. Smaller paintings on paper tend to be more spontaneous in both colour and brushstrokes, partly because the paint dries so quickly. These smaller works feel more like quick studies to me and are intentionally experimental, especially in terms of colour usage.
As my paintings increase in size they tend to become more impressionistic particularly when I’m working on a larger canvas.
These larger pieces naturally take longer to complete not only because of their size but also because I enjoy immersing myself fully in the process. I like to allow the painting to guide me in its own direction rather than imposing a predetermined plan, which contrasts with how I approach smaller, more immediate works.

All of my smaller paintings come thoughtfully mounted, with only a minimal postage cost.
For the larger canvases, I use a specialised courier service known for being efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced ensuring your artwork arrives safely and promptly.
