The Story and Inspiration Behind the Art
This piece captures the transition between twilight and dusk. I wanted to focus on the dramatic contrast of the horizon as the day starts to disappear and the night starts appearing.
To create the intense, radiant sky, I layered a golden glow of vivid orange, blending it into deep, rich hints of red and burgundy right at the horizon line. As your eye moves upward, these fiery tones give way to a smooth, gradual blue sky that mimics the cool arrival of evening.
